This role is perfect for someone who has thought about building their own company or has tried, but prefers to build something big with a team.
In the beginning, you will design, build, and maintain the system backbone of the company. That includes:
👉 Advanced workflows inside GoHighLevel
👉 Multi-system automations via Zapier / Make
👉 Data trackers integrating GHL + Slack + Monday + external tools
👉 Building and maintaining both backend + frontend of GHL communities
👉 Creating reliable reporting infrastructure across departments
👉 Knowing when to automate, and when to build smart manual systems
If you’ve built multi-source trackers pulling data from several systems into one operational dashboard, then that’s the level we operate on.
If you’ve hosted and coded your own internal tools or software; that’s a big plus.
